Have you gotten your physical for 2011 yet???

If you are attending Summer Camp OR the Philaganza trip (adults too!!), you will need to have a 2011 BSA Physical Form completed for these events.  If you haven't already made your doctor's appointment, CALL NOW!!  All attendees - Scouts, parents, Adult Leaders - everyone who is going needs to have the new 2011 form on file in order to attend.
