Meeting started 7:05 pm at First Alliance Church.
Members in attendance: Betsy Wolford, Colleen Chamberlain, Kristen Davis and Donna Matuch.
Scouts in attendance were Evan Lucas (SPL) John Cardenas and Kevin Davis.

- Zachary supervised the election process, low turn-out of scouts, no Den Chief positions due to cub scout summer vacation, 1st election experience for new scouts
- Tech Merit Badge Day at BC3 resulted in 7 scouts in attendance. Program was well-received by adults and scouts and worth-while to attend again, if offered.
- Merit badges: Environmental Science is being completed, Donna will follow-up with the CJ to contact the teacher for the Electronics badge. (Mr. Cragle-Shenango)
New Business:
- Troop sweatshirts are in the process of being distributed. Thanks to the Ryan's and Soils Inc. for the warm and cozy donation!
- Camp update: Donna attended the pre-camp meeting on April 2. Theme is Safari. Regular and High Adventure camps available.
Food will be prepared by a catering company, Jack Libengood is the Program Director.
Anyone interested, the troop in scheduled to attend the 1st week of camp which is June 17-23.
Adults are desperately needed as leadership. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
Adult involvement: SM and adult outdoor training at Camp Agawam on April 27-28, open to ALL PARENTS. - Troop will sell pies from Classico.
All profits from the sale of pies will go directly to the boy's accounts. This can help defray the cost of camp.
Cost of pies will be $11.

April 22, Sunday-Eagle Court of Honor for Nicholas Wolford, 2:00 pm at First Alliance Church. First Class uniform if attending. Notify Mr. or Mrs. Wolford if attending.
April 27-29, Friday to Sunday-Spring Camporee at Moraine State Park. Camping/Hiking Safety on Friday night, 10-mile hike on Saturday.
May 5, Saturday-10-mile hike, location TBD.
May 7, Monday-Summer camp final payment due to troop, due to council on May 9.
May 11-13, Friday to Sunday, Woodsy Owl Weekend at Clear Creek State Park, campout and park clean-up. 5-mile hike on Hunter Trail, map and compass training for new scouts. Option for Weblos to join the event.
May 20, Sunday-15-mile bike ride in Canfield (trail). Bring lunch, water and dress for weather. Leave church lot at 8:00 am to be on trail at 9:00 am.
June 2, Saturday-BUCOCO SERVICE DAY. Help clean-up camp, food provided. June 9, Saturdya-10-mile hike, North Country Trail from Route 528/Jennings and back.
June 17-23, Sunday to Saturday-Summer Camp at Camp Bucoco.
JULY-Monday meetings will move to Pearson Park (floating location).
July 1, Sunday-25-mile bike ride, (Champion). Details to follow.
August 5-11, Sunday to Saturday-NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training) to be held at Camp Bucoco. Scholarships (for half the cost) are available to eligible scouts.
August-Hale Farm and Camp Ottbre-(Colleen's dad's military vehicle collection) in August-Details to follow.
Sept/October-Bike-Aboard will be scheduled. Family-fun train and bike ride. Details to follow.
Ideas for activities: canoe trips, kayaking at Moraine State Park, Pittsburgh trip Next meeting on Tuesday, May 1 at 7:00 pm.
